About Me
I grew up in the city of Rome. Food, since my childhood, has always been around me.  As culture I take pride of what I make and I love to transmit the knowledge. I nurture my creations in minimal and attentive details revealing the artisan soul in me. At the young age, I left Italy to explore the culinary World. Passion and curiosity led me to explore several Countries, such as United Kingdom, France, China where I have enriched my culinary portfolio, discovering local ingredients and techniques. I m currently based in Seoul, South Korea with my family and run my own pastry shop PUNTO DOLCE. I recently published my pastry book MODERN ITALIAN DESSERTS a collection of pastry items to cater espresso bars.
